This Commercial Pool Renovation was necessary after sustaining major damage from a wildfire. The remodel consisted of removing the fencing, decking, coping, tile, depth markers, plaster, handrails, wall steps and grab rails, pumps, filters, plumbing, electrical, and solar heating system. The remodel had to be approved by the County Health Department, and was inspected throughout the entire process. The pool remodel consisted of new pumps, sand filters, backwash valves, chlorine injection system, electrical, bonding, re-plumbing, skimmer replacements, safety grip coping, waterline tile, depth markers, trim tile, break line tile, handrails, wall steps, grab rails, drainage, concrete decking, expansion joint, fencing and gates, solar heating system, safety signs, and life saving equipment.
